SEE.ID is a non-profit association based in the Alpe-Adria region in Klagenfurt / Celovec (Austria) initiates an intercultural dialogue between Western and South-Eastern Europe. The association wants to be an interface between academia, culture and society. Its focus is on socio-political and transformation processes, civil initiatives and on coming to terms with the past. SEE.ID is grounded on international, multicultural, feminist and critical principles.
SEE.ID was founded by three multi-cultural (inspired) women: Aleksandra Vedernjak (Carinthian-Slovene-German roots, living in Austria), Josefina Bajer (German-Hungarian-Portugese roots and Serbian passport, living in Berlin), Daniela Mehler (simply inspired).
